Introduction

  • To provide free additional tuition classes to students in rural areas to improve their mastery of core education subjects and academic achievements so as to be catalysts for human capital excellence

Target Group

  • Students sitting for the UPSR and SPM examinations
  • From low-income families (below RM3,500)
  • Focus given to students with average or weak performance

  • Focus on UPSR and SPM subjects
  • UPSR – Malay, English, Mathematics and Science
  • SPM – Malay, English, Mathematics, Science and History

Provision of Teachers

  • Selection of teachers by the District Education Offices

Tuition Methodology

  • Maximum 30 students per tuition class
  • Normal tuition classes on a weekly basis
  • Examination seminars, intensive and excellence motivation classes

Implementing Agencies

  • MARA Education Foundation, RISDA, FELCRA, KESEDAR, KETENGAH, KEJORA, KEDA & JAKOA
