RURAL COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT OF PROGRAM (SKPLB)

BACKGROUND

SKPLB implementation involves various levels of society, especially in rural areas. SKPLB is a program that focuses on strengthening the institutional JKKK / JKKKP, recognition JKKK / JKKKP high performance, the creation of a regular exercise program according to the level of achievement and performance in a systematic monitoring mechanism in the actuator, the county and the state.

 

ACTIVITIES OF THE YEAR 2015

Various programs have been implemented during 2015 in accordance with the policies and strategies of human capital development in rural areas. Among the programs implemented are as follows:

Awards Ceremony Desa Sejahtera 1Malaysia (ADS1M) 2014 National

The ceremony took place on May 30, 2015 was officiated by YAB PM in Kampung Kurong Tengar, Perlis. The event was held as a tribute to the villages competing for each category. The list of winners is as follows:

Anugerah Desa Sejahtera 1Malaysia competition (ADS1M) 2015

Competition ADS1M 2015 through collaboration KPKT and JAKOA was implemented in three stages, namely the District, State and National, with the participation of 662 traditional villages.

MyREZEKI Fest

MyREZEKI Fest program is a program that is targeting rural youth aged 18-35 in non-productive. The main objective of this program is to ensure that rural youth have high self-confidence, a strong religious awareness and recognize the talent potential / latent interest for future career planning each in the field of employment, business or skills.

Ideal Youth Identity Program (RIJAL)

RIJAL program is a program that targets rural youth aged 16-19 years to master the identity iMASK (Courtesy, Moral, Attitude, Skills and Knowledge) established, in addition to having the values of patriotism is high.

Performance Monitoring PT-4

The program was implemented in three levels, namely, actuators, District level and State level, involving 855 people movers and 8,696 JKKK / JKKKP from all over Malaysia. The main objective of the program is to check and monitor KPI achievement JKKK / JKKKP continuously.

Mentor-Mentee Programme

This program is a program that aims to expose the JKKK / JKKKP and encourage the sharing of information to create institutions that trust leadership, independent and efficient. The program involves 43 villages namely Kampung Mentor who gets the top 3 spots in ADS1M State level and 215 Menti.

Mentor-mentee Convention

The whole program is to sensitize and encourage the sharing of information to create institutions that trust leadership, independent and efficient as well as giving recognition to all those who managed to move the active involvement of local communities. It involves 43 villages namely Kampung Mentor who gets the top 3 spots in ADS1M State level and 215 Menti.

EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM COMMITTEE Village Development and Security Committee (JKKK) / COMMITTEE OF THE SAFETY OF THE FEDERATION (JKKK)

BACKGROUND

Uniformity and coordination in the implementation of the Village Development and Security Committee/Federal Village Development and Security Committee new models as announced by the Prime Minister on 22 July 2013 was intensified with the launch of the Management Procedures of Village Development and Security Committees and Federal Village Development and Security Committees. Various initiatives to consolidate these institutions were carried out in 2015 such as community empowerment and outreach programmes, courses, seminars and briefings with the cooperation of various ministries and their agencies as well as non-government organisations.
