2 Poverty Eradication:
Implement Housing Aid Programme (PBR) of new houses within 5 months and repairs within 2 months from approval date of District Focus Group and finalising the list of aid recipients. KR From January until December 2012, under the Housing Aid Programme, 4646 of new constructions were implemented in 2 months and 17,439 of housing repairs were implemented within 2 months from approval date of District Focus Group finalising the list of aid recipients. 100%
Remove Hardcore Poverty Heads of Households (KIRMT) from the hardcore poverty line through Agropolitan Projects within a duration of 1 year after the Sejahtera (Wellbeing) Farms yields. TW Sejahtera (Wellbeing) Farms will produce yield by early 2013 for the Gahai Agropolitan Project, Lipis, Pahang. The aim of removing the KIRMT from the poverty line can be gauged by early 2014. 3 Human Capital Development:
Implement yearly rural management training to 5,000 leaders of rural institutions. INFRA Rural management training has been implemented to 3,763 leaders of rural institutions from January till December 2012. 75.26%
Provide pre-school education to 210,000 children per year. KEMAS Pre-school education has been provided to 214,834 children. 102.3%
Provide Early Childhood Education (TASKA) to 5,000 children per year. Early Childhood Education (TASKA) has been provided to 6,842 children. SKM/DKM skills training have been provided to 444 participants. 136.84%
Provide training for Malaysian Skills Certificate Level (SKM/Diploma) to 500 participants per year. Inability to fulfil the charter is due to participants who quit mid-semester and did not continue study to the next level. 88.8%

From the total, 206 entrepreneurs applications were approved in 18 days from receipt date of completed applications and the remaining 70 entrepreneurs were given approval in more than 18 days from receipt date of completed applications.This issue is due to the failure of the applicants to convey supporting document such as copies of bank statements, financial statements, balance sheet and others within the stipulated period. 100%
